[Elecraft] KPA100 anomally

	I am in the process of building the KPA100. I have finished the
first stage of assembly and am at the Initial Tests on page 20. Everything
measures out good except U1 pin 2. I get around 5.2k instead of the >10k
that is shown. That is the only check that is out. The rest of the
resistance readings are right where they are supposed to be. Any ideas??
