[Elecraft] 2nd ksb2 works different

Hi all,

I'm running a K2 ser. 1020 with an "old" ksb2 rev.2. this combination runs
very well so far. 

At Christmas I got a second ksb2 from eBay, unbuild and a new rev. D. I
bought this, because I wanted to do the bandwith mods anyway. The Kit is
containing the new crystals and I got perfect 2% capacitors. Anyway, as I
tried to change the old against new I realized a good modulation and a
nearly perfect ssb sound on 80m. But - only on 80m (160 not installed) I got
10 watts out of the box - the power is a step lower on every higher band. On
10m I got only 1,5 watt out. Did I try a wrong combination?
