[Elecraft] K2

After an interrupted build K2 / 4313 nearing completion but have run into trouble at the first stage of 40-Meter Transmitter Alignment (Page 75).
Elecraft Dummy Load connected.
Frequency set to display 7100 KHz
Power Output set to 2.0W
Holding 'Tune' there is a momentary burst of side-tone then in turn the display shows:-
                       1) Elecraft
                       2) 2.04P     1.09
                       3) 7100 KHz
But no evidence of transmit power.
Tapping display shows 13.5 / 0.22.
Guess I've done something stupid --- any suggestion appreciated.
