[Elecraft] frequently low batt

I wonder if anyone HAS NOT accidentally bumped this switch.  Anyone have a
solution for future versions?  This seems to a be fairly simple problem to
fix, but its certainly happened to quite a few of us.

Did you accidentally bump the slide switch S1 near the top of the control
board
when you had the cover off?
