[Elecraft] OT: Help me identify this capacitor?

Top of head thoughts,

Compulytic = Computer Grade Electrolytic ?

32D   - sounds like a type reference ?

4500 - 150 DC  = 4500 uF  150V DC  ?  Strange though as 4700 uF is the usual
value and 100V or 200V are the usual nearby voltage ratings.

7230L - maybe the part number ?

0180-1839 - maybe the HP stock number ?

My guess is that Sprague supplied these as "specials" to a HP spec. This
sort of thing happened a lot when I was with RCA.
