[Elecraft] Date/Time of Elecraft QSO Party EQP 2005?

planning to take part in the EQP 2005 from DK0SU again
 I got to check if the clubroom is free -- anyone knowing the 
official date/time when EQP 2005 takes place?
Any changes within the rules compared to last year?
