A few people have written with questions.   Here are a couple more photos.   The top cover of the KAT-100 is not used.

Also...as an afterthought I added a toggle switch between ANT-1 and ANT-2.   In one position the KAT-100 behaves "normally".   In the other position the output of ANT-2 is routed back to the ANT-1 connector so that a single cable is used for both Ant-1 and Ant-2.   I have ANT-1 set up for CW and ANT-2 set up for SSB where the SWR is typically much higher.
