[Elecraft] K2/100 DC power connector

You can also use a small flat-blade jeweler's screwdriver from the front.
Carefully insert it under the hooked end and gently lift it up over that
piece of flat spring steel that locks it in place.  Once you get the
contact's front lip lifted above the flat piece, you can gently tug it loose
by the wire from the rear.  I did this successfully this morning twice --
not enough coffee, and put the red wire in the black hole -- that's kinda
like putting the round peg in the square hole on a psych test.
