[Elecraft] Auto detect straight key/bug

Minor bug detected in the auto detect on my K2.  I'm using a couple of
1N4148 diodes per the schematic in the manual.  Most of the time it works
right, but every now and again I'll be sending with my hand key or vibroplex
and the doggone thing will think the paddle is connected for the dot side
and start sending a string of A's.

Release and hit the key again, and it goes back to being the hand key or
bug.  Is this possibly a problem in the autodetect routine, or maybe the two
diodes need to be very closely matched?  Any ideas on this.
