[Elecraft] T-1 tuner in kit form

Hello all group members merry xmas and happy new year to all
I will be shortly building the T-1 atu kit and would be gratefull to
know if there are any build tips that i should look out for that are
not covered in the instructions.
Also my aim is to use the T-1 on 20/15/10m with my K2 and was 
wondering what antenna's have worked for others on these bands 
80/40m are not going to be used at the moment and I only have
35ft of space to play with,also i have a elecraft balun built as 4-1
and i notice it has a earth terminal does this mean i can use it with 
a long wire if so what side do i connect the main wire to or does it
not matter,i was thinking of a half wave wire 33.42ft on 20m with
a quarterwave counterpoise this should also work on 10m but it is 
15m that i am not sure about.
