[Elecraft] dead KPA 100

I was sending CQ on 80 meter CW this morning when my K2/100 went on the 
fritz. My SWR went
from 1:1 to 10:1 and the receive went away. At first I thought it was a 
cable or my antenna but determined that neither was the case. The K2 part of 
the radio hears just fine with the KPA 100 disconnected. Has anyone had a 
similair experience? I don't see anything obvious, so far. Any ideas?
