[Elecraft] BUG NIGHT

I'm usually around for a few QSO's on 40 or 80 meters using my J-38 WWII
straight key on the K2/100.

If someone calls me using a bug or keyer, I'll switch to my standard QRQ
keying device: a 1960 vintage Vibroplex Standard Bug that was passed onto me
by the widow of a good friend and commercial radio operator. If I get tired
of that I'll switch to my Speed-X Logan-Style Bug, ca. 1950, that I've had
since I got my General class license.

Otherwise I'm on my J-38 straight key.

The K2 keyer is very, very nice, and I've had a lot of nice rag-chews on it
using my Scotia paddles, but I must say that there's something enticing
about the challenge, feel and sound of a bug, even after all these years.
The straight key is always hooked up for whenever I need to QRS below about
15 wpm.
