[Elecraft] K2/100 RFI problem using Astron 20A

This summer I experienced an RFI problem with my
Astron RS-7A which was completely cured by connecting
the negative output terminal to the ground stud on the
back of the supply.  Never had to do that before in
perhaps 15 years of owning the power supply - didn't
even know the supply was floating with respect to
ground !
