Thanks to Don, Rolf and Isaac who detected the error on my homepage.

Well when you develop html pages on a Windows system and then deploy
them to a Linux System this can happen, because upper and lower case
does not matter on Windows, but matters a lot on Linux.

Sorry about that, but it should be OK now.
