[Elecraft] HiCur after KPA100 mod

Gregg,

The capacitors are not the problem - never were, that was a premature
conclusion (the cap change seemed to work at first).  The real problem is
that the manufacturer changed the 1.6 ohm 2 watt resistors to an inductive
design and did not notify Elecraft.

Give Scott a call or email support at elecraft.com to request 2 replacement
resistors.  You can likely leave the 5600 pf capacitors in place with no
problem, or you can change them back to the 4700 pf value if you prefer.
