I have made two automatic calibrations on my K2. The first one early in
the building-process and the second was the VCO linerization.
Are these processes "run once" and not possible to run again? Or is there a
way to make a factory reset of all parameters?
I don't know when I want to run them again, but I very much like to know
how things work.

You can run them as often as you like. New data is written to memory each
time. Indeed, CAL PLL is required if you want to improve the calibration by
adjusting the 4 MHz clock with C22. If your dial calibration is off a bit,
it's because the internal K2 frequency counter (CAL FCTR mode) was not exact
when you ran CAL PLL. So you adjust C22 according to one of several methods
(some are on the Elecraft web site), then you must re-run CAL PLL to cause
the K2 to record new frequency data in memory.
The same is true with your BFO frequencies and filter bandwidths in CAL FIL
and any other calibration you do using the MENU commands.
