That happened to me a couple of years back and it turned out that it was
*my* ISP who had gotten included on a SPAM source list by mistake, and that
list gets propagated all over the place to subscribers running mail lists,
etc. 

I use an ISP who has the sort of almost-unbelievable customer support that
reminds me of Elecraft. I called them and they said "oops!" and got it fixed
immediately. 

No problems since.
