[Elecraft] KSB2 firmware

Okay; I've got it figured out. To get the firmware version for the SSB
unit,
a) select an SSB mode (not CW)
b) go to SSBA menu, and set to BAL
c) leave menu (back to display)
d) press and hold VOX button (the version number will display)
e) return SSBA setting to whatever it was.
My problems, given the initial instructions, were with (a) and (c).
(a) was not mentioned, and my rig is virtually never in SSB mode, and I
tried (d) before leaving the menu (thanks Bob, G3VVT, for this one).
