[Elecraft] K2 1641 -- BFO now OK at TP2, but no 8R

...becuse there was no V ALC. J7 pin 32 wasn't soldered correctly, so 
now that's fixed.

And furthermore although RX is high, 8R is floating. Looks like 
something's keeping Q4 on the control board from turning on Q2. The 
audio is awfully quiet with no 8R voltage. :-)

Suggestions welcome...
