[Elecraft] DB 9 voltages

 HI I'm trying to apply the N4PY Computer Contol System to the K2. Its head scratching time. Can anyone give me the voltages that should be measured at the output of the PC DB9 socket (only one) and at the out at the  DB 9 on the K2 (If more than one mode wold appreciate how to identify it. Cable per page 55 K100 checked. Main instuction book  on page 103 refers to a Port  on and a Port off. (Db9 active or not?) Any bearing?

Good thing I like Morse and the K2 is so delightful to use as the  computer part is trying to drag  me beyond my scope
