[Elecraft] K2 - remote encoder and LCD components

I should be more clear -- the rig (including front panel board, control
board, RF board) stays in one location; the LCD and encoder (and a few
pushbuttons) are 10 to 15 feet away (i.e. not even soldered to the PC
board).
