Tom,

The SMD kit does sound interesting. Will know if I can
do it after I finish the Micro908 kit without major
pain... There was a column in one of the old QRP that
was a "Hints & Kinks" cartoon, that had some great
tricks for holding the SMD components down for
soldering. Not sure if those are archived online, but
they would be helpful.
