[Elecraft] K2 Mods list: September updates

The K2 unofficial modifications list on www.qsl.net/la3za/K2/mod.html has
been updated with:

- Anti-VOX circuit for the KSB2
- A clarification of the RF filter on input of compressor of KSB2
- ALC modification for the KSB2 KI6WX increased RF gain mod 

The KSB2 modifications list has now been sorted into a KI6WX and a G3RXQ
section.
