[Elecraft] LF preamps

Hi David,

In a gift wrapped parcel from Elecraft.

The old 2N3866 is about the same at 160/80m. Probably you would not notice
the difference.
The MRF 580 or MRF 581 are much better I've found, especially in push-pull.
But now we are getting complicated, and they are becoming scarcer here. The
SMD versions have become the "in thing".
