It depends a lot on the type of noise. The NB should help with ignition
noise, but may have little effect on atmospheric, power line or some
other types. I find that the NR in the KDSP2 helps a great deal with
noise here, more so on CW than SSB (but I haven't played much with the
NR settings on SSB).
