[Elecraft] Best ways to interface K2/100 to Titan 425 amp

Hi, all concerned:

I've RTB -- both of them.  It appears that using an external keyer to "key"
the amp and thru it key the K2 is one way.

Are there others?  I work mostly 40M c-w, and some little ssb.

What are the pitfalls to avoid?
