[Elecraft] Elecraft CW Net Announcement

Kevin,

By my rough estimate:  2200Z - 8 hours (Pacfic Time Zone difference) = 
1400 local time. I believe that is 2 pm ?

I could be wrong, I have always had trouble with globes, 
degrees/min/secs, and adding it all up.
