Hello Bob!

This is very sad news.  Larry was a wonderful person and a 
supporter of AMSAT over the last few decades.

I first met and worked with Larry on OSCAR 11 in 1983-84. 
 He was an inspiration to me, and I learned a great deal 
from him during that project (Digital Communications 
Experiment from concept 29 July 1983 to delivery for 
launch the first week of December of '83 --  less than 5 
months!).

I'll never forget him.
