Ken,
Transmit audio is excellent according to unsolicited reports I get from 
other "phone" operators who have never before ever heard a K2, much less 
ever having heard of a K2 before, up here in the "frozen" north.
I would recommend however installing the 2200 &/or 2500 kc. mod in the 
KSB2 board.
