[Elecraft] K1 Output Problems

After reading through the archives this problem seems common, but there
doesn't seem to be a solution in my case. I think I have an intermittent
connection problem, but cannot find any thing to help. The problem is I had
my K1 Serial 1859 up and running on all 4 bands (40, 30, 20, 17) then took
it on a road trip. When I got an antenna set up at my portable QTH 30 meters
did not produce any ouput but 40, 20 and 17 were fine. I contacted a friend
and we confirmed it on his power meter. When I returned home I lost power on
all bands. I've been applying the cheap and dirty signal tracing and for the
checks I've made everything seems to be fine. Finding everything ont the 4
band board is a little tricky for me. I can receive fine on all 4 bands and
usually transmit on at least one. I had output on 17 then repeaked all of
the caps on the filter board and have output on 20 and not 17 with 30 and 40
still without output.
I'm not using the best for test equipment, an MFJ antenna tuner display
output and peak it. After peaking the receive on all bands I'm getting no
power out on 30 which I believe may be the problem causing difficulties on
other bands.
Any different ideas where to look? I need to sleep on this one and probably
begin by checking relays first thing tomorrow. Any help would be
appreciates.
