[Elecraft] Solar Panels on sale !!

If you catch the Service Manager of your local VW dealer on a "good day" he
might give you a couple of the VW solar panels FREE -- that's how I got
mine!  I just drove in off the street (in my Honda, no less), and asked
politely in my best undemanding tone at the service counter.  There was some
hesitation, then finally a "let me see what I can find."  Five minutes later
I was walking out with a couple of panels under my arm -- after expressing
much appreciation and gratitude.

I tried to discover if they are thrown out, recycled, or ??  but had little
luck.  I wanted to ask for more, but prudence dictated otherwise.

Your mileage WILL vary.  And as several have noted, eBay seems to be a
consistent, inexpensive source of these.
