I would certainly second this suggestion. I was bit skeptical about the 
KXPD1 at first
but it works really well and I keep thinking that some sort of stand or 
self-supporting
bracket to use these paddles with other rigs would be an excellent idea.

A friend who normally uses a single paddle bencher also had no problems 
in adapting
to the using my KXPD1 at FDIM and usually he doesn't have a lot of luck 
with dual
paddles.

If the KX1 is the cake,  the KXPD1 is the icing that puts the finishing 
touches on!
