Yes - Pegasus Software from N4PY does that - also with a TenTec RX 320 - I just made a post on it last week or so.

I took the antenna for the sub RX out of the K2 via the RX antenna jack by moving the connection on the 160 module. I use a reed relay driven by the Amp key line to mute the audio. The front end of my receiver is protected by a device from Industrial Communications Engineering sold by Array Solutions. I suppose with another K2 instead of the RX320 you could just key the other ration PTT line - that would certianly work if that radio got it's antenna input via a RX ant jack and you had a dummy load (just in case) on the "normal" antenna jack.
