Thinking about trying one of these for Field Day and wonder
if anyone has used one?

         Lest someone think I plan to run this directly into my K2, my plan
is to charge a 17 AH SLA with it ahead of time and then use it to 
trickle-charge
the SLA during the weekend.  See any problems with this?  Seems very similar to
the original application.
