Hi Dave,
IMHO you  should stay with your 3 element beam. What brand is it?
I use a Cushcraft A-3S on 20-15-10 mtrs. @ 75 ft. high, an excellent 
performer.
I would never be able to use what you are proposing, just not enough 
space on my lot (125' deep x 72' frontage), quite large by current 
standards.
Keep us informed as to what you elect to do.
