To all you folks who like CW:

Please join us on the Elecraft CW Net to test propagation. The sunspot
numbers broke triple digits twice this week. Hopefully we'll have good
luck tomorrow.

Sunday 2300z (4pm PDT) 14050 kHz
Monday 0200z (Sunday 7pm PDT) 7045 kHz

If there are any questions about procedures please look here:
                 ecn.visionseer.com

Please look at the website since the Elecraft CW Net was just certified
with Century Club award number 15. Pat is optimizing the .gif file
Jerry, K6III sent me in lieu of a paper copy. It should be posted to the
website before the evening is out. Now a few more states and I'll send
Jerry another note asking for the Elecraft WAS award. DE, NE, SD, VT, and
WY are required before I send that note. Please, if you are in one of
those states check in to ECN on either 20 or 40 meters. Thanks to all of
you for helping us gain the first award for our net.

See if you can find time to check in on either 20 or 40 meters or both.
You are most welcome.
     73,
Kevin. KD5ONS (Net Control Operator 5th Class)

Enjoy the view of comet NEAR leaving the inner Solar System. Tonight may
be the last night to see this comet because it is moving rapidly away.
The moon is waxing so during the next week and a half will be tough to see
this diffuse object. The tail was still visible last evening directly
over Gemini.
