[Elecraft] Mychael's Pre Wound Toroids

	I just wanted to add a "customer service Kudos" about
Mychael, in addition to the excellent product he provides.
As usual, I procrastinated the decision to order my toroids
until I was very close to needing them.  I called Mychael
around 11:30 AM on a Thursday, and told him what I needed
over the phone since I did not understand the comment on
the order sheet Elecraft included with my K2 ("Online orders
may be placed using PayPal by visiting www.paypal.com ".)
Later I understood since I used PayPal to pay him and saw
the space to enter your exact needs, etc.

	At any rate, Mychael was much more concerned with getting
my order out via Priority before his mailman arrived (around noon
I recall) than with being paid, etc.  He said not to worry about it
and I could send a check later or use PayPal.  Indeed he did get
my order out and I had the toroids on Saturday morning.  I paid
Mychael using PayPal after our phone call and then realized
what was meant on the Order Form included with my K2.

	Mychael included a personalized letter with the toroids
(my name at the beginning and a personal note at the end noting
my picture on qrz.com where he had gone to confirm my address).
Included in the text were some helpful hints including using a
hemostat to snug toroids securely to the board (N0SS already
covered this tip in his summary).

	All in all, excellent quality products and a GREAT
customer service experience!  Thanks Mychael!
