[Elecraft] Question about firmware upgrade before building #3121

Hi,
I have bought unbuilt K2 #3121 (etc.) from N3KHI and am eagerly awaiting its
delivery.

It appears to me from reading the updates and mods page that this board is
Rev B, and there don't appear to be any outstanding
ECOs for it except the firmware updates for the K2 and DSP.

The firmware updates appear to be included for free with the 60M
transverter, and it looks like a bargain, so I figured I might as well get
that.

Should I build and align with the processors included in #3121 and then
upgrade them, or should I go ahead and build from the start with the current
firmware devices?
