[Elecraft] Elecraft CW Net Report for May 17th 2004

Much better results on 40 meters this evening.  ECN/2 was held on 7043 kHz 
at 0200z with QRN as a steady reminder of Spring.  Signal strengths varied 
across the US from 599 to 559.  I got a few low reports but I kept 
flipping through my three antennas to get better reception.

I may have missed a few week stations but it was hard to pick them out of 
the contest going on around us.  I know the Pigs were out in force but 
could not participate.  One of these weeks they will have in on a Saturday 
so I can roll in the mud with them :)

the first anniversary.  What should we do special?  Cake and cookies?  
June 6th marks one year for the Elecraft CW Net.  I have learned a lot and 
enjoyed keeping it alive through thick and thin.  Hopefully we can get it 
into and beyond year two!
