I thought 1.03 was the first one released to the wild.

I'm pretty sure I have a couple of CGA's laying around here if you are
really desparate, but don't forget, you still need an old RGB monitor.
Seems like the CGA did have a composite black and white output, tho, so in a
pinch you could use an ATV monitor.  (Actually, not so long ago I pressed an
old Amdek composite monitor into ATV service!)
