[Elecraft] KDSP2

I almost can't believe what I'm reading........

Guys, this company and list group has a long standing reputation of being among the 
most helpful out there. Perhaps a bit of patience is in order.

I own a KDSP and I am not a guru on these things by any notion. But ya know what? 
I have done troubleshooting (I had a faulty .01uF cap...a real booger to find) and 
learned how to "dink" with the settings using the existing user manual. I have done 
what most every owner has done....experiment with it.

Elecraft is responsive to input. We have seen it many times over. What will help 
them respond in a way that will help is to give them specific input. I know of no 
support organization that can please a customer who gives them ambiguous 
information.
