Consider the MFJ telescopic 33' fibreglass mast! Will solve a lot of problems
with where to put antenna wires in the field!
Also check The Mast Company just introduced a family of fiberglass
masts
(bottom of page 47 June QST or the following website):

At $115 it is more expensive than the $80 MFJ-1910, but it could be worth it
since it is ~6 pounds versus ~3.3 pounds and may be stronger than MFJ's:

The Mast Company also has stackable aluminum and fiberglass tubes which are
heavier and require guying hardware beyond the basic tubes:

"random wire" people, and a 33' vertical wire support (hookup wire wrapped
around mast) for the vertical antenna crowd.
A 1/4 wave sloper will probably NOT work with only a mast for
support.
These require a counterpoise above them which is why they are normally mounted
below a Yagi or other antennas. Even people who try these on an otherwise
bare metal tower find that they need something above them to work properly.
