[Elecraft] Any advice on the OHR WM-2 QRP wattmeter?

That's a plate choke for shunt-feeding B+ to an RF power amplifier. The
diminishing size of the pi-sections corresponds to diminishing inductances.
They are actually several chokes in series so that there is no RF on any
section that might resonate at the RF frequency. (If you've ever "found"
resonance in such a circuit, you'll remember that was when the choke burst
into flames). So, while one of the lower, high-inductance sections might
resonate at one of the frequencies at the upper end of the range, the
smaller sections above it would have already isolated any RF at those
frequencies.
So it's particularly useful in a transmitter capable of operating over a
wide frequency range (160 - 10 meters, for example).

Subject: [Elecraft] Any advice on the OHR WM-2 QRP wattmeter?
Hello all,
Does anyone have any experience with building or operating the Oak
Hills Research model WM-2 QRP wattmeter? It looks like a good QRP meter
that would be a nice tool for building and operating Elecraft radios. What
can you tell me about it? Or, do you know of a better meter to recommend?
Thanks in advance.
