Yes, the recovered list has everyone set to regular email. To reset your 
suspend or digest modes, go to
http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft
Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your email address and click on the 
button to edit your options. you will also need to use the new password 
emailed to you with the new list welcome message.
