[Elecraft] Inventory stuff

Actually, I don't always do a full inventory either, but I do sort things
(except for taped resistors) according to value.  Your choice should depend
on your confidence, your patience and your parts stock - ask yourself if you
are willing to wait for a replacement part late in the assembly process or
not - that answer should determine your need to do a complete inventory.

With the Elecraft parts listing, both sorting and inventory usually can be
done simultaneously - the capacitors, etc. are usually in the parts listing
by value order with the quantities of each shown, so as soon as I finish
sorting by value it is an easy matter to go to the parts listing and check
them off to see if all are accounted for.  These Elecraft guys sure make
things easy!!
