John AC2R wants what I now have CASES of! :

Brand-new 2.3 amp-hour Yuasa gel cells.  You can buy a
case of 20 for $19.95 at www.valuesurplus.com (this is
a ham-run business by Glenn KS4VA) or if you don't
need a whole case, I know Glenn and I have open cases
here. I will sell batteries in pairs only for $4, plus
shipping.

A whole case weighs 46 lbs.!  So it costs more to ship
it than to buy it, and who needs 20 small gel cells?

However, I can ship two batteries for $9 via Priority
Mail.  $13 for two comes to $6.50 each, a pretty good
deal.

Note that this nice 12V gel-cell now costs less than
eight Duracell D cells, if you don't count the
postage.
