Hello Kevin,
    K1WHS was running a K2    #1247 running 5 watts. The band was very noisy and I
was using both CW and DSP filters to remove QRM and some QRN.  By 0235 UT, your
signal was much louder, and very easy to copy, peaking at 579 with no preamp and
covering up the static crashes just fine!   I heard bits and pieces of the West Coast
stations.  W0CZ was very loud here in Maine.
    Thanks for country #15 on 40 meters. (Honestly, my first 40 meter USA CW contact)
Only another 317 to go to get me near the top of the DX  Honor Roll!
