[Elecraft] Updated Version of Elecraft Keying Mod

I updated my changes to the Elecraft Keying Modification.  The modification
description is available at

The only change is to the spectral plot in the third figure.  K2AV was very
concerned that the noise was 6 dB greater at 250 Hz.  I explained to him
that the RF spectrum did not show that degree of difference, but he was
unconvinced and wanted me to display the RF spectrum.  So I have changed the
document to show the actual RF spectrum of a single dit before and after the
mod.  This spectrum is a little harder to read than the Fourier Transform of
the keying waveform, but the differences between the modifications are still
very evident.
