[Elecraft] Heil headset insert

Received my new headset on Friday and used it in anger
during the WPX contest.  I was most impressed and
found it much more relaxing to use.  That got me
thinking...  What is the difference between this
insert and the normal ones?  That is, can I use it
with other rigs?
