[Elecraft] Reflector name change?

I am concerned that the "pros" or the "experienced" builders would alienate the newbies that come on the list if we acted rudely to them.  I asked a lot of foolish questions when I built the K2 and no one acted rude.  Many pointed me to the web site for answers.  I have seen this type of thing in HR for quite some time..."elite-ism"...and I think that it stinks.
 
All we have to do is be patient with them and point them to the web site.
 
Also, another thread that drives me crazy is the "knob" thread. :>)
